Return & Refund Policy – E-Logy

Return Conditions
Refunds are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • An error was made on our part (incorrect or missing item)

No physical return of the product will be accepted or required.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Wrong product selection
  • Product results not meeting expectations

Reporting a Problem
All requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
After this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

Proof Required
The customer must provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product for the refund to be approved.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

No return of the product will be required to receive a refund.

Shipping & Fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or an error was made on our part.
